ABOUT US
NATHAN M. ELDRIDGE
Nathan is a senior leader for a >$3B technology company and a serial entrepreneur who has seeded four start-ups: failed with one, built and sold one, and currently building two. Formally educated with a bachelor’s in engineering and three masters ranging in management, systems and processes, and business administration with a focus on finance. Over his career he has built some of the highest-performing Indian teams in the industry, today he brings this expertise to help scale back-office support for franchises.
KELLY E. ELDRIDGE
Kelly has spent two decades in various sales, customer service, and project management positions. Before moving to Europe, she was an owner/operator in the NAM window treatment market. After building a successful business the franchise was sold to another business that was looking to expand.
Kelly’s passion for the window treatment industry burns strong and she is excited to lead the FSS team using her owner/operator expertise to provide best-in-class support for all our customers.
